A mother and daughter are facing charges after allegedly stealing more than $2,000 in jewelry, clothing and shoes from JC Penney in the Arnot Mall.Kelly A. Wisniewski, 42, and Taylor Nicole Myers, 19, both of Bennett Street, Hornell, were each charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after they were observed stealing $2,880 in merchandise from the store Saturday, according to the Chemung County Sheriff's Office.
